Service Provision
Whenly and all its tools (Scheduling, PDF Editor, Application Packet Builder) are provided as free public utilities on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. HaciGroup makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, data persistence, accuracy, or absolute reliability. Use these tools at your own discretion.
No Legal, Financial, or Eligibility Advice
Whenly's PDF Editor and Application Packet Builder are deterministic document assembly tools only. They do not provide legal, financial, tax, immigration, or eligibility advice. HaciGroup does not guarantee that outputs will meet any specific requirements or result in application acceptance. Users are solely responsible for reviewing all outputs and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for all content you create, upload, or share using Whenly. For PDF Editor and Application Packet Builder, you must verify that all assembled documents are accurate, complete, and appropriate for your intended use before submission. HaciGroup does not review, verify, or validate user-generated content.
Acceptable Use
Users are expected to use Whenly for legitimate coordination, document editing, and application assembly. Any use of these tools for harassment, automated spamming, malware distribution, or illegal activities will result in immediate data deletion and potentially further action if necessary.
Limitation of Liability
HaciGroup is a nonprofit organization operating Whenly as a public service. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HaciGroup is not liable for any scheduling errors, missed meetings, data loss, document assembly errors, application rejections, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Whenly. Users assume all risks.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
Service Modifications
HaciGroup reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Whenly at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Whenly after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
