Whenly and all its tools are provided as free public utilities on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis without warranties of any kind.
No Legal or Financial Advice
Whenly tools are deterministic productivity instruments. They do not constitute legal, tax, financial, or immigration counsel.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of any files, schedules, or decisions you create.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Whenly for lawful personal or organizational purposes. Automated abuse, malware distribution, or harassment will result in immediate termination.
Limitation of Liability
HaciGroup and Whenly are not liable for any missed meetings, scheduling conflicts, document submission rejections, or consequential damages.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
Service Modifications
HaciGroup reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Whenly at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Whenly after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
