Whenly is built by HaciGroup (nonprofit) to serve as a human-centric alternative to data-hungry scheduling tools.
Zero Tracking
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or pixels. We have no interest in your browsing habits. Whenly's tools focus solely on their utility: scheduling coordination, PDF editing, and document assembly.
Client-Side Processing Only
PDF Editor and Application Packet Builder process all files entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. Your files are never uploaded to our servers, never stored, and never transmitted over the internet. All processing happens locally on your device in temporary browser memory.
No Data Retention
For Scheduling: poll data is automatically deleted 30 days after creation. For PDF Editor and Application Packet Builder: we never receive your files in the first place, so there is nothing to retain. Your documents exist only in your browser session and are cleared when you close the tab.
No Data Resale
As a nonprofit public utility, we have no business model tied to data monetization. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. Your poll data (for Scheduling) remains private to those with the link. Your PDF files never leave your device.
No Accounts Required
Identification is handled via names you choose for specific activities. We don't ask for emails, phone numbers, or social logins. This keeps you anonymous to the system and minimizes data collection.
California User Rights
For California residents (CCPA): Because Whenly's PDF tools operate entirely client-side and Scheduling data is minimal and temporary, we collect very little personal information. You have the right to request deletion of any scheduling poll data you created by contacting us. PDF files processed in your browser are never collected by us.
